I think that hose is 3/8". Any auto parts store will sell you hose by the foot, just bring the old one with you. I just replaced every hose on my bike with stuff from the auto parts store (I happen to use Advanced Auto Parts but any one will do)

If not from their hose selection than look around the filter isle, my 1984 Dodge Pickup has an almost identical hose on the oil breather!
