compression tester

i just won a compression tester off ebay for .99 plus
12.50 shipping. its a made in china tester. what do you think? worth it?

At that price, it pretty much only needs to work once to be worth it. ;)
Do you have any way of validating the reading, like at least once? I mean like borrow a buddy's higher-quality one, see if it and your show the same reading...

I hope it works well for you, I'm a tool nut, and
Like quality tools, especially torque wrenches and compression gauges. On these tools, an accurate
reading is important. Just my 2 cents worth...;)
