i got a crome kerker from z1 last year for my 650 for $325.
now i got to sell it since i got a x-pipe off e-bay for it now.
i'm going to listen to the advice given here and try to run the bike with the higher compression pistons. lets hope cylinder pressure is under 200 psi.
then i will try to chase down a digital camcorder and upload some links to you tube.
then i will give you all the links on what they sound like.
in the second link here is a picture of bonz's 1261 with a true murry x-pipe on it (the teal and white one)
i'll see if i can get a sound bite of that one also.
that bike sounds freacking angry!
someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.

They look nice. I wander if those pipes are better then the side drag pipe. Just by looking at them they seem to have enogh clearence to corner lower.

Let me see if I am understanding this concept.

Every 3000 miles . . .

You have to remove the exhaust to do an oil change?

And you give somebody something you work for pretty hard to acquire this privelege?

So like 4 times a year, you have to involve yourself in extensive, tedious wrench twisting to accomplish a job that otherwise takes less than say. . .15 minutes?

All for the hundreds of dollars an angry snarl can produce.

Send me your money. I'll snarl into a mp3 file, and you can listen to it instead, and smile at how little work that is.

:woohoo: :side:

Even worse -- every 3000 km or 2000 miles. :)

Just bumped your prospective income by 50%. :P Will I get a commission?
