Last night, I found out one of the cylinder is not working. I sprayed some water on the exhaust and the left one didn't have steam come out. My bike has some carbu. problems. Is there any possibility that the left one cylinder cannot suck gasoline from the carbu.?

Have you checked the spark plug? If it is dry after the engine runs then you know the problem is the carb.

If the plug is wet, then the problem may be the plug or plug wires.

Did it just stop working? Were you firing on all 4 the last time you checked?

Take the plug out, and check your compression. Do the test with your throttle open. You should get somewhere between 115 and 145 psi. I think it'll run at 100 psi.

If compression's OK, check for spark. You may just have a bad plug or plug wire.

The coil that fires your left (No. 1) cylinder, also fires your right (No. 4) cylinder. Swap the No. 1 and No. 4 wires, and see if the problem moves to your right cylinder. If it does, then you probably have a bad plug wire. If No. 1 is still cold during this test, then the problem is at the No. 1 plug or cylinder.
If you want to check your compression:
You need to use a compression test gage to test your cylinder compression.
It's a pressure gage with a special rubber piece on the stem of the gage. It's made to fit over the sparkplug hole when the spark plug is removed.
You'll have to borrow one from a friend (if he has one, he'll know how to use it and can help you), or buy one from an auto parts store.

Disconnect ALL of the plug wires. Make sure they're labeled, so you can put them back on the right plugs.

Remove the left side (No. 1) plug.

While holding the gage in the spark plug hole, and making sure you have a good seal, open the throttle, and crank the bike's starter. Air from the cylinder will pump up the pressure gage. The gage is made to stop at the highest pressure measured, so you don't have to be looking at it while you crank.

Read the pressure.

If you've gone this far, you might as well take a reading on the other three cylinders. The should all be above 100 psi, and they shouldn't vary more than about 15 psi from each other.
