gpz / kz hybrid

What do you guys ( and gals ) think about a 84 gpz 1100 motor fitting on a 78 kz650sr frame? Found out two days ago it fits ( didnt take anyones word for it, pulled my 650 and sat the 1100 in there. One mount is a little off but other than that its a fit from what I could tell. I will prolly need to shim it for proper chain alignment but I`m kinda glad I have another option for the CamoKaw. Has anyone ever seen it done before? I didnt notice any difference in the weight of the two motors. Anyway if I sell the bike like I plan then I`m going to give the gpz motor and tb`s away on here.

Ive seen an 1100 in a 750/4 (custom top mount I believe), and the 650 and 750 swap with no mods. theres pics of it on here, I think it has an orange frame.

I've seen a GPz1100 motor in a KZ650B frame, the motor was bored to 1260 too. Cam cover clearance was a bit tight but do-able. Go for it.

make sure you brace the frame, an 1100 will be sure to make it flex, waay more power than a 650.
