Reminiscing on Fairer Weather

Hey everyone! It's been a minute since I've been on the forum! Had a bit of a rough start with my KZ, as she was my first motorcycle and I pretty quickly got overwhelmed having to fix what was wrong with her before I could start riding. But the kind people here helped me through, I got it figured out, and since then I've done more electrical work, rebuilt the carbs, replaced the petcock, changed the oil and filter, rebuilt the brake caliper, got the tach and speedo lights working (yay I don't have to guess my speed at night anymore!) and added a few personal touches. I rode her daily during the summer and she only left me stranded once (but that was rider error anyhow). Anyways, I live in the Bloomington, IN area and there's a ton of beautiful places to ride. My personal favorite is Old State Road 37, Monroe Dam Rd, and 45 heading east. Here are a few pics while I sit here and sulk about the impending sub-zero temps up here:
