Awesome trip and what a way to bond with Finley! I really enjoyed your ride report. Bet the return trip was also a great ride and experience. You are providing me with motivation to come over and ride some of those roads for myself. I especially would like to try some of those Pyrennes goat trails! :laugh:
I recently rode my 1977 650 from Omaha, Nebraska to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, just a tick under 2,000 miles. The old Zeds/KZs really do well by even today's standards.
