I have some red thread here somewhere... how's your sewing?

I'll check and see if we have any in Kevlar rather than cotton.

Bikes are replaceable. Roy's are not. Heal fast and well!

Take it from me cuz I found
If you leave it then somebody else is bound,
To find that treasure, that moment of pleasure,
When yours, it could have been.

Roy, sorry to hear about your experience, but glad you didn't get hurt worse. Good thing you had safety training, it may have been the difference. Here's hoping you mend well and will be back riding soon.

I went and saw a Lawyer yesterday. That way I can just funnel any information to him and not have to answer a lot of questions.

I also went to my doctor for a follow up visit from the E.R.. They wouldn't let me see him unless I paid up front. He is not my doctor anymore.

I have a $10,000 dollar personnel injury policy on my motorcycle just for that. The Lawyer told me he had never seen anyone carry coverage like that for a bike. I told him it was good for one E.R. visit.

I went to a walk in clinic this morning and they were glad to have my business and accepted the insurance card.

This fine looking LPN checked me out and made sure the E.R. fowared the records to them.

I was reading that it took up to nine weeks for a rib to heal. Bummer!!

Haven't heard anything from the other drivers insurance. The guy was 37. Roy

The Lawyer called and he owns a very early Z1. Serial numbers under 150. That is good to hear.

He understands the term fair market value.

I talked to the other guys insurance and they want to settle on the bike first, then hospital bill with my insurance company then settle the rest. Lost time, etc. Roy

Glad to hear that your lawyer is doing you some good. It's awesome that he owns a Z1. That tells me that he will take your case to heart to help out a brother who rides another Kaw.
