Iron Butt Ride

I have a cabin just above Trout Run PA (Intersection of Rt 14 & Rt 15). I actually rode the bike up 15 on Memorial Day Weekend. Rt 15 is now a 4 lane interstate (future I-99) all the way to the NY border. They are working on the last section now. When colmplete. it will be 4 lanes from Williamsport to Corning NY. Not near as pretty as years past.

I just got back from a ride today that took my by my cabin and up Rt 14. Still a BEAUTIFUL ride through the farms and mountains!

I can remember how beautifull it was around Catawissa, Sunbury Danville,,Montoursville Bellfonte,etc.etc. Went to the train museum.Can't remember what the name .of the town the train museum was in..? was..Wilkes Barre?...Staunton? maybe?...still have friends up there in Catawissa ( heard of that one?) and Milton,and of course Lewisburg.. may have to go back for a visit someday.

Don't know about the train museum. Came through Catawissa on my way home today,... Still beautiful! Elysburg (Knoebels's) and most of Rt 54 is a very pretty ride. Next week I'm taking the 78 KZ1000 to Ohio for Vintage Motorcycle Days at the Mid-Ohio Sports Complex...Can't wait!!!

Wish I could attend the Ohio show.This year I guess Kawasaki is the featured marque.
Hope you will post some pics and maybe tell a little about the show when you return.
