I plan to be there. Missed it the past two years. I hope to be there mid morning and leave early afternoon. KZR patch on black jacket. Always very interesting old bikes there. Sometimes the swapmeet stuff is worth a look but mostly just wandering around checking out the cool old bikes. Usually whats parked outside is just as interesting as whats inside.

You will have quite the hike from Kingston. I hate 401.

Take care and maybe I'll see you there.

Yeah, it was an ok ride, the knobby tires didn't help! I hate the 401 more than anybody, I had a bad accident at weston road 2 years and 3 days ago that still bothers me. Whatever though. It turns out I don't have the jacket with the patch but I am 6'5" black jacket and look like a red bearded viking, I will likely be looking at the cool stuff :)

Well, I msde it over to Paris for the CVMG meet.....eventually. I got a few km up the road and my throttle cable snapped. Luckily I always carry spare throttle and clutch cables and enough tools under the tailpiece so it took me maybe 30 minutes and I was on my way again. A couple of guys in a pickup stopped and offer to help but I was good. Thanks guys. The only motorcycycle which stopped was a beautiful kawasaki 650 (I think) with sidecar ridden by an even older geezer than I with a kid in the sidecar. If you are reading this - Thanks again for stopping.

Anyway. Lots of bikes and lots of peopke but no sign on any six and any half footed red bearded vikings.
This year they were celebrating the CB750/4 and there were some beauties. Lets see if I can add some pics.

Nice pics! I was there saturday but didn't take any of my own. There was a nicely done green kz900 street fighter over beside the track, and not far from it was that Z1R when I was there. There was also an H1, kh350 and 400 in that area too. I saw a few 650's, but as you said it was a SOHC 750/4 sausage fest. I was there with a friend, he rode the burgundy CBX with the neat cover in the parking lot. He ended up buying a 1988 honda zb50 monkey bike. I got some old cycle canada mags. I had 50 bucks to blow, but spent 4 on magazines, 5 on a poutine, and spent a whole lot of time talking :) It was a good meet, I will for sure come to this again next year, with more money and a truck :)
