Ouch !!

A bee got me.

I was riding home and a bee hit the bottom of my glasses and it must have spun the bee around and the stinger buried under my right eye.

I took a nap and my eye wouldn't let me sleep good and I finally got up and my right eye was shut and my left eye is swelling too. Roy :laugh:

Damn old man... Well glad your somewhat ok...

Another reasons for full face shield/helmet... AZ heat (like a hair dryer otherwise, Rocks and big ass bugs....

For all others... Roy's wife actually kicked his ole ass for buying more KZ parts.... :laugh: :laugh:

Ouch is right. I have been hit with some good ones but never anything like that. Is it swollen from the hit or did it sting you or both?

It is swollen from the sting.

I dropped my helmet last week and broke the hinge for the shield. I like shields. Roy

I had a bee sting me through my jeans like that one time. I also had one get in my full-face, but I got lucky on that one. Dammit! Fortunately, your eyes usually heal rapidly.

Dam Roy that looks painful, I feel for you. I've been stung twice in the neck but they didn't look that bad, get well soon.

Last summer I had one hit me in the neck and end up inside my full face helmet. Luckily I was able to get my visor up before I got stung. A couple of weeks later I had a bird hit me in the head as I was running about 80 mph up I95 luckily I was able to stay on the bike after that one. I had a wicked headache for a couple of days but no harm done. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

when i was 17 i got knocked of a bike at about 70 miles an hour by 2 bees at least, i was fooling around one second next thing i knew i was full of gravel rash and face down in a ditch wondering what the hell had just happened.it's been full face every since and talk about birds i've hit just about every type of dam bird in the prairies at least once. a great horned owl even but the worst is ducks hit 2 right in the helmet i was ready for them and it still made me about 6 inches shorter. get better roy sorry to hear about the incident,hope some of this makes you feel better to know your not alone.

Been there to Roy,I have to ride straight to the hospital cause I get a bad reaction to stings
I hate getting stung its about the most miserable feeling to me.

I should have taken more medicine last night before bed.

My whole face is swollen this morning. No Wrinkles!! :woohoo:
