Southern Indiana
11 Nov 2008 09:32 - 12 Nov 2008 09:33
Not so much a ride report but I know the snow is starting to fly in some places. So here are some pics of the rides I've taken this year, hopefully it will make the boredom tolerable.

Heck, those pics almost make me miss living in Terre Haute! Indiana does have some great places to ride. I always enjoyed taking IN46 from TH towards Monrovia then down to Cataract Falls for a quick spin. The state straightened out a bunch of the sweepers on 46, but it's still a nice ride.
Thanks for the pics.

12 Nov 2008 13:13I love to ride down to Madison when I get a chance. 62 and 262 are some great great roads, although it looks like they did a little half ass construction on 62 last time I was down that way.Hey you came through my town
135 south of Nashville is a lot fun as well as 45 and 46.
Too bad I live slightly North of Indy! :S

Re: Southern Indiana
13 Nov 2008 06:01Oh yeah. I've ridden from Aurora all the way down to Madison along the river and most of the state roads in between.you ever ride down 56 twards vevay?
I'm sure some of the back roads around there are awesome.
We've been camping in Batesville and spent the days riding around down there. I sure do love going to Shipley's Tavern in Madison, they have great food.
I think I'm going to be headed straight down the though Hoosier National Forest next year down towards Tell City and then back up the otherside of it.
