In case you guys didn't know, Jeff's Father passed away recently.
I only found out a few days ago when I telephoned Z1 E and was told that Jeff was in my neck of the woods at the moment- meaning back here in the UK.

So I hope you guys will join me in offering our condolencies to Jeff at this time and also thank him for the great service that he provides us with.

Sorry for each of your losses.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is tough in any culture, unfortunately, our's is particularly lacking in anything to smooth the transition. We're not even very good at maintaining the connections afterward.

I hope each of you quickly find the strength and understanding needed to move through your ordeals.

My condolences.

Bill

Jeff is one of the most helpful and nicest guys in the industry. I do not wish these kind of hardships on anyone, but especially on people who are so giving of themselves.
