Mirrors that stick out further and still look good

Hello!
I am a larger rider and the stock mirrors on my 1980 KZ650 don't stick out far enough for me to have a good view of what is going on behind me. Does anyone have any suggestions for aftermarket mirrors that stick out further and still look like they would belong on an older bike?

There are options BUT a lot of the options are garbage. Have to realize the "longer" the mirrors are Harmonic Frequency can take it's toll and all you'll see is a blur rendering them useless. They have "bar-end" mirrors that are mounted at the end/thru the handlebars but require cutting the ends off the grips. And those are generally soo small hard to get a good "read" when switching lanes. I've Never relied on mirrors, peripheral vision alone.

There are larger bar end mirrors that circle back over the grips. For me I don’t like anything near my hands on the controls but you may not mind.

You may want to look at “mirror extenders”.  They basically offset the mirror base out.  Fairly inexpensive and still keep the stock mirrors.  No idea on how the harmonics are affected like Asphalt mentioned.

Same. I don't like anything that may interfere with my access to the controls.

Got a vice?  Got a blowtorch? Got a mallet? Got a can of satin black?
Heat and bend down the stock arms at the existing arm bend.
Not so easy if they are chromed  but easy peasy on the black ones.
Can move the mirror out an inch or two depending how much you bend the arm.
Do it to most of mine and the vibro damping remains unchanged.
Still look stock to the untrained eye.

Z1000J2 somewhat modified!

I thought about that, but mine are chrome. Didn't want to mess up the shinies.
