Well, had a good couple of days after picking up my replated hardware, just going through everything making sure everything is tightened and adjusted. Put on the pretty bits just to be sure😁

Hi all, well just fitted the headlamp, and pulled it outside for the first time in 6 months to test out the clutch adjustment and make sure it doesn’t grab when running and putting it into first gear. All went well, and pulled nicely 😁 Will take out for a gentle test ride in a couple of weeks when the registration plate comes, and if all goes well, take for it’s warrant of fitness (mot in the UK),
The only things I need to change are the coils and leads, working ok, but very old, no rush there though.
Getting excited now👍

Great job. I like the green Kawasaki color they used in 1977. Red was also nice, but faded out bad quickly. Been a long time since I've seen a good KZ650.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
