My Z1R is finished except for tires and decal stripes for the front fender.  I'm collecting parts for my kz hotrod that will go into a road race frame I built several years ago.   New puppies are taking up a lot of time too

I had one years ago. All my miles and memories of KZs, that was the biggest disappointment ever. Dumb repaint, turbo system worthless. I'll keep my old 1997 Ford diesel with a turbo, but never again an aftermarket turbo motorcycle. The GPZ750 turbo in 1984/85 was good and works fine. Get one of those, not these pieces of crap, or get a 1978 or 80 Z1R, but not this. Trust me.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
