slmjim's Z-bike-addled project philosophy is as follows:
Most projects such as the ones linked embody the classic "blood, sweat & tears" trope.
Sweat is a given.
Qualifying tears may be virtual.
Which brings us to 'blood':
It's simple - a project doesn't qualify as a Project unless & until blood is drawn & results in said bright red, life-sustaining goop being applied to any visible surface of the workpiece, either by direct contact, splash, dribbling or (and this, thankfully, has never happened) rhythmic squirting.
