Mikaw that is awesome, I had you down for a dedicated " keep it stock" kind of guy. Are you a closet fiddlerI bought a factory, but haven’t even thought about starting that project. It’s on the way back burner. I’ve mocked it up so I know what I’m shooting for but way in the future.

It is an MOT/TÜV requirement in most European countries also

To those of you who live in cooler, or wetter climates... our (my Wife & I) bikes are fair weather toys. We won't purposely take them out in the rain, they don't go off road and generally have a pretty plush existence. We an get away with non o-ring chains, minimal chain lube etc, because of the lack of need for it.
Please believe that if we lived in a cold, wet area like the UK, for example, and it was a daily commuter... by all means, I would have chain guards on our bikes.

Slayer61. Maybe you should think about getting into the extension cord business. I can’t imagine what length cord they will need to maintain a golf course.
