Nils is Scandinavian.
I strongly suspect that CSR is nothing more than random bunch of letters that the marketing department thought sexy enough to attract buyers.
A quiet corner of my brain wonders if it might be an English abbreviation for the Japanese words for, they will Never Figure this Out.

May as well have my 2 cents worth. What ever the "SR" meant, the "C" was just added, Like,
Sport Road = Custom Sport Road or maybe
Street Race = Custom Street Race.
Who's next....
Just found a reference to the SR 650 saying that the "SR" stands for Stateside Replica, so that would make the "CSR" a Custom Stateside Replica....
What do y'all think ?
