Old parts @aol / Joe Veal

Anyone happen to know this Gentleman in Beachwood OH , Joe Vielhaber ? He does Polishing etc,,,,,,,, lots of Kawasaki. I recently had a transaction with him that was less than satisfactory, at which point he went totally radio silent. Will not respond to e-mails, and phone says this number not accepting calls at this time?
Just wondering if there is a legit reason he went silent , health issue, or something, or if I just got taken advantage of.

No I didn't do business via facebook. He has lots of videos on facebook, showing his services an then offers his e-mail oldparts@aol.com .
I understand this is not the place to air dirty laundry, just thought maybe someone knows him might know if he's had a health issue or something that explain no responses?

I think he is on this site frequently but I haven't seen him lately.
