My 1982 KZ750R1
15 May 2020 08:40
I bought one of these brand new in March of 1982. 1st one around where I live near Phila, Pa. Sold it in 1984 for a 1984 900 Ninja. I was always mad I parted with it. I found another in 1997. It was in pretty nice shape, but I wanted it brand new. So I restored it to brand new minus inside the motor. Finished the restore in 2010. It has not been started since restore. Just sits in my garage and reminds me of when I was 20 years old.

That's really clean.
I have a KZ 900 I keep around for the same reason, although mine is covered in a layer of protective dust.
Thanks
Bill

Thanks David. These 1982 twin shock Gpz750 were one year only. !983 they went to mono shock. The heads on these were polished from the factory also. One year only for that too.

We've had a great run here recently with beautiful restored 750's and this one fits right near the top!
