Hi has anyone got names and numbers for people that would press out a pitted cylinder sleeve on a zx750e barrel and replace it, any information would be of great help !

Put the block in your BBQ at medium heat and the sleeves will just fall out at about 300F. After replacing a sleeve the bore may not be perfectly round nor will the deck surface be flat. Some machining work will likely be needed.

You are correct Sir! Jim Mangus, "Jim's Cylinder Heads" Buffalo, NY. Diesel on Nitro. Yamaha DT 360 pistons. Got a 7.20 ET out of it. Did not work out. He gave up. This was mid-80's
