Hey guys im in need of a little help can seem to figure this one out...

It is a 1980 Kawasaki kz650 LTD
it is bone stock other than i had to cut the mufflers off due to them being clogged.
The bike fires right up and idles well with a little choke till it gets warm but when you go to give it throttle it will bogg out. And other times will hang a high rev at random.
I have had the carbs completely refurbished and set to stalk settings. And had the values adjusted back to stock. And still have the same issue.
Any ideas?
