I wonder what the US prices will be for these bikes. The Japanese prices convert to about $50k. I still want one... :)

You should definitely go knock on the door and see if anyone answers.

I would like to know if they are actually fabricating frames here, or just assembling parts made in Japan.

Damn nice work!! I'm betting they don't push the Z1/MK2 market here like in Japan, those in a hot rodded version tend to get more criticism here than in that country.

I agree. The reason may be that many folks here end up destroying bikes rather than turning them into decent upgraded machines (examples below). I don't know if the same happens in Japan; maybe those folks finish their projects more often than folks here. Ed

Reading into their sales pitch it's a collaboration between AC and the US firm.
It says the bikes are limited to 30 units and it sounds like once you have given them the body style , colour and spec you want, the parts are maybe shipped in kit form from Japan and assembled in the US or the complete bike gets sent over.
I can't imagine anyone setting up a shop just to build 30 frames etc so it has to be a side line for an already established business and the pic of the "company" just shows a roller shutter door on a plain unit so it's likely someone just acting as a sales agent to make a few quid as a middle man.
The lead time is 6 months to a year between ordering and getting the bike and that web site has been up since 2017 so maybe they haven't had much serious interest.

Good catch. I had not noticed the dates. If you look at the Instagram photos, the first was 3/8/17 and the last was 11/18/2018, with the rest sprinkled through 2018. So they do still seem to be trying to promote the business. But with a backlog of up to a year, they may not be trying too hard to pull in more orders.
