Knucklehead Frank did not know to look at the left side of frame neck to see the VIN #.
Frank was on right side looking at the white tag, it was missing 1/2 of it. He was questioning the guy about year.
Really? Was a good laugh?

Frank got it for $3,500. #17,0xx VIN. Late 73. No Carbs or body work. It was pretty Rough!
A repeat show, I never saw it. Just sharing some info.
