Can we go back in rear when a gear is on ( for example when we are on the first gear) or do we must be in neutral position ?

Yes, if all engine transmission parts and the rear wheel are moving freely but you have to pull the clutch leveler to disangage the crank and piston compression.
Have to ask, is the engine in or out of the Frame?

Put the gear leveler on and switch into neutral position.
This should be possible without pulling the clutch. A Little rocking on the output shaft/front sprocket will suppot you to go in neutral Position.

Wiseco 810cc kit.
Zukiworks racing ported head.
VM 29 smooth bore's.
Dyna 2000 Ign. w/Dyna mini coil's
APE cylinder stud's and nut's.
APE valve spring's.
APE Track King clutch.
V/H KZ1000 sidewinder.
3.5x18 laced to a KZ1000 disk hub.
150/60/18 Shinko 006 Podium.
63" wheel base.

Not sure what the ? really is but yes you should be able to pull the clutch lever in while in gear and roll it back ward's.
