KZ 400 parts compatibility

Building a 79 KZ400h and wanted know how much they compare to 440s, 305s, etc as I've seen a few parts bikes for sale. My bike is incomplete. I got it for free. Would be nice tonjust buy a non running bike with as much of the ancillary parts on it than buy things one at a time on CL, FB marketplace, etc. I'm talking about exhaust, brakes, rims, lighting.

Look for a KZ440 LTD.
The bore size and cam chain being the major differences.

The 305 would be totally different inside as it uses a 180 degree crank. The 400/440 use a 360 degree crank.

Not concerned with internals. Just external things like brakes, exhaust, lights, etc.
