Never ran across a ZR-7 was created by KZJOE900
Saw a ZR-7 on FB Marketplace like the one below. Manufactured between 1999 and 2003. Almost looks like an 83 GPz but not near as nice looking. Almost looks like someone took a more modern frame and body work and fitted an old J head engine into it. I don't like the styling much. I liked the earlier Zephyr much better. I guess, this bike's engine is from the Zephyr line. The Zephyr makes sense to me. A retro styled updated motorcycle at the time. However, I don't really see the logic behind this one. Don't know how well it sold. I was just surprised when I ran across it.

Awesome bikes. The last bike in the legendary KZ/Z650 line. The styling looks fine to me. As to the logic behind the model goes, it was cheap to produce, relatively speaking, and performed well enough for most people. More bikes are needed like that one.
