Hi Steve
So I'm laughing a bit here because this is one of the earliest forms of the garage door,, pretty common door in "old" citys and we have taken our share of them out and replaced with the modern overhead door.. the video maker kind of overcomplicated it by using garage door track but thumbs up for ingenuity. Instead of garage door track, I would be using standard sliding (barn door) door track and hardware that can be picked up at any farm supply store or can be ordered at home depot.. it probably will cost a bit more, but is all "bolt on" Here is what you are looking for (search for these items on home depots website)
Track, item # 206653380
Hang Brackets, Item # 300672634
Splice brackets, Item # 300672547
Hanger with wheels, Item # 206653373
Also if you are going to use an operator, a Swing Gate Opener of choice
Of course if you prefer the "experience" of fabrication your own kit, I can supply track and the long stem rollers, as far as bending the roller stem and making a bracket for it, you are on your own on that one. The track we have would be in 76" or 88" sections, and roller stem is 7" or 9

Bossie's shop isn't just for her. It's helping with the property as well.
