Jim in Wisconsin USA. I have bought 3 sets of these in the past 4-5 yrs.
Yes, there are a ton of these on line for sale, But this is the cheapest complete set going. He has added the 16 cam cover bolts, 8 flange exhaust nuts 8mm.
He was the 1st. to have the long sprocket cover bolts I believe.

Any member is welcome to share positive dealings with a parts source.
Now if your bolt guy wanted to sell his parts here he would need to be a vendor, but for you to share a bargain is great.

Yes, Correct! Thanks Dave, I was not sure of the selling / vendor status policy.
When I just purchased the set, I messaged him to include 8 xtra flange nuts for ex. and to send me a separate invoice. He sent them along for free.
So that was very nice of him.
Plus all his bolt heads are smooth! With no machined lines, whatever you call them! Makes it a whole lot easier to polish.

Stainless hardware is really expensive! It wouldn't surprise me if I've purchased $100 of SS bolts from Ace hardware while reassembling my bike, so this collection he is selling is a really great value. If I'd known this existed a couple years ago I definitely would have grabbed a set.

It says for 1977 to 1980 KZ1000, would these still cover an 83 KZ1100? I would assume they are very similar if not the same.

I was wondering if he sells motor mount bolt kits ,
and if so can he make them a little longer for using thicker motor mount plated like I have from Les @ PDM

Ask him Dave, I have bought from him several times before and he is very accommodating and ships fast. The quality of his stuff is better than most other companies I have bought from as like Marty says there are no marks or ribs that need to be ground off. The exhaust s/s nuts he sells look exactly like stock with the captive washer on them.

Found this old thread. I recently purchased stainless steel custom made cylinder head nuts from "LEGEND MOTORCYCLES" located in the UK / GB.
Was an ebay sale. Items did not arrive in the projected time frame. After contacting Dan. He made it right! He sent another set via DHL overnight AIR.
He spent the cost of another set to ship to me. Now that is service! He lost money on the deal to make it good for me!

fleaBay being the Wild West envotonment that it is, a good referral is quite useful. Avoiding shysters on fleaBay can be challenging.
