Yes! it's a Drouin.
That is the early impeller type ( a belt driven turbo ) and that kit was mainly for the sohc Honda 750 as well as the Norton and has been adapted to fit the Kwak..
The later kawasaki kit had a roots supercharger driven off the clutch.

Greg! That's a Z1. Tell me you have a line on that one too???? Your gonna need a Dealer's License soon.
I worked with this Guy, I took these pictures about 6-7 yrs ago. I offered to change this Drouin out for $$ and set him up with regular carbs.
I think this one is still sitting. It was 2 yrs. ago. Seen the Guy out at a car show.
I'll have to look him up. It was a stock engine.

Yes!
Complete kits can fetch thousands of $ as they are rare and even spares will get good money.
The type in your pic uses the same impeller unit as the Hondas and Nortons so will be of interest to buyers needing spares for those.
The Roots type ( as shown on my bike below) is more sought after for the Kwak as it uses a more understood design and it's easier to adapt a different blower to fit but either way you won't have trouble selling if you have one.
