Broke my back 3 years ago and had to stay off the bikes! Healthy now went to Z1's site and noticed they are in Florida now. Are there New owners?

There has been some consolidation going on Z1, Mike's XS and another supplier, whose name I don't recall, are all shipping out of that Florida location. It's my understanding that Jeff is still involved.
I've received excellent service from them recently.
