Most any bike painter, and a few good car paint shops should be able to properly paint your tank. I don't know of anyone that specializes in painting 650's to OEM colors and stripes. You have your other tank to match color and stripes, so that will help guide your painter.

So you want ordinal paint colors? I bought 1 pint of urethane $183.00 plus S.&H. total almost $200.00. Its the color and the Perl flakes. that matches ordinal. then the work striping off the old. Then the prep work. I cheated and bought all new body parts, and I think they're better than ordinal. The new tank even had dents to rub out! Then primer that can only be purchased by the quart that's compatible Then primer that's compatible, by the quart, at about $125.00 each with the sealer Then applying the paint,,3 coats ,, then the pinstripe,, urethane compatible $50.00 for 4 oz, Then,,,, clear coat,, and it doesn't stop there. It all needs to be color sanded, to which usually takes two people to hold the parts down,, then,,, buff out to a finish product. I forgot to mention most places you have to be urethane certified. I doubt you have a family member that likes you enough to do all that for free.
