Meeting Wes Cooley

I rode my 1100R to Chilliwack, BC yesterday to attend Vintage in the Valley, a swap and shop type of event that is held every August. The feature this year was the attendance of Wes Cooley. He has a reputation for being a very friendly and approachable guy and I'm happy to verify that it is true! I asked him if he'd pose for a pic on my bike and he was happy to do it.

I would rather wake up in the middle of nowhere than in any city on earth.

That is very cool. It's been my experience most of the top riders back in the day are friendly and just nice guys.
