KZ1000 Vin number help

On my spare bike there is a strange Vin number and also in the paper from PO.
number is JE 127383 E and is a 1980 Kawasaki Z1R??
Somebody identify this for me or explain what bike this is.Bike is from Netherland

It would help to post photos of the motorcycle and photos of the vin & engine number if possible.

Cyclechaos.com has engine & frame number info for many Kawasaki motorcycles, but that number doesn't match any of the KZ1000-D models listed & it doesn't follow the usual lettering & numbering convention. I believe the info at cyclechaos is primarily for USA/North America. I have no idea if that is a valid vin for Europe, but it's possible that it has been hand-stamped for whatever reason. I would go to the motor vehicle registration office & ask them.

Double checked engine number KZT00AE4901

Cases are z1000A .
Z1R cases are prefixed KZT00D
Doesn't make any difference mechanically though as cases are identical to the A apart from the numbers and Z1R engine should be D prefix no matter where it's from.
Don't know about the frame though .
It is a Z1R frame and should be D prefixed also .
May have been issued a different number for a variety of reasons or built from an unstamped new frame etc.

This is just to be shure i have documents before MOT here in Norway. 80 mod Z1R was not sold in Norway so possible easier with a older engine? Thanks again:)
