Yesterday I call about 2pm and get a voice recording that I didn't recognize the voice on that say sorry we missed your call....etc.etc and at some point something about no longer taking phone orders...leave a message for support. I left a message but no call back. Fired Jeff off an email and no response from that....
Does anyone know what's gong on with the this time?

"A brief note to advise, our inventory will move to our Tampa, Florida location.
The move is expected to begin on or about September 1st. At this time, we anticipate daily operations will shut down at approximately 2pm EST on Wednesday, August 31st & remain closed through Friday, September 9th. Online ordering & order shipments are expected to resume on or about Monday, September 12th.
Should you have, or foresee having parts needs during this time, please place your order(s) as soon as possible to avoid delays during the moving process."

They have moved to Florida. I just placed an order yesterday. So I am hoping that there is no delay, or a least only a minor one. It sounds like they were very well prepared for the move. So hopefully it all went well. This move should improve the availability of parts which will benefit our community. I can understand the need to limit the phone service during this period. Hopefully they can resume the normal voice order option in the future once the dust settles. Only thing that I don't like, is now that they are based in Florida, I know have to pay the sales tax on orders. I prefer that the tourists pay our taxes, LOL.

Anyone know if Rob and Jeff are still available via phone?
Seems like the answer is a phone call or two away.

Got confirmation on shipping today. So ordered yesterday, and it was shipped today. Same great service and fast shipping I have been accustomed to with Z1E. Should have my bike on the road again by the weekend. This will give me time to do a couple of shakedown runs with the all new electrics before the DGR the following weekend.

Hi All
Just a quick FYI.
Jeff is still very much involved with Z1 Ent. And from all signs will be involved in the future.
Lets all try and give Jeff a little breathing room while he is busy making the move as rapidly as he can.
Im glad that deliveries are normal for our members who are ordering parts
Have a Great weekend
