Here in Austin it's the Mexican and Black female's that are the worst
about being on the phone while driving.

Full of themselves. It;s like the guy in a restaurant that answers his cell and broadcasts for all to hear. They think they're special. The world is full of sociopaths, that's what makes it so dangerous.
