Trying to find out if there is any KZ that has a larger tank compatible with a 82 KZ 750 M CSR? Also, advantages/disadvantages of spoked vs alloy wheels and interchangeability with the same bike.

Fuel tank. possible fitment: 81-82 1000J or R ELR. 81-83 1100A shaft or B GPz. 82-83 1100D Spectre or L1 Ltd Shaft. & maybe the 79-80 1000E shaft (less likely). Those models have the same sort of rear mounting tab as your bike.
Note: the 750-CSR Twin upper triple is kinda straight across, so it might bang against a larger tank. maybe not, though. The 750E standard for example has a larger tank, but the triple is angled forward to allow clearance.
Cast Alloy Wheels. you might be able to use the wheels from a KZ550-Ltd. your bike seems to have some of the same wheel & fork stuff as my 650-CSR --- they were a direct fit to my bike. All I needed were the wheels & Fr Br disk --- everything else was a direct swap, very easy. But you should double-check the diagrams to see how good of a match they would be.
1981 KZ650-CSR w KZ550-Ltd wheels (the stock wheels were 48-spoke w aluminum rims).

Thanks for the inputs so far. What are the pros/cons of spokes vs alloy?
