By the hundreds. Any accounts that are deleted, they can be back with a different account in very little time. The cycle is endless for the persistent frauds.swest wrote: Check the discussion boards. There are complaints and just as many to discount them.

Steve
Ebay is only interested in collecting their buyer/seller fees period. About 10 years ago I used to sell quite a few vehicles on eBay. I sold one to an attorney from New York who flew out to pick it up. He was delighted with the car I sold him, but told me about a case he'd worked on for someone who'd bought some classic car that was as" rotten as a pear" when it arrived rusted through just about everywhere that mattered, despite the sellers glowing description that it was in mint condition. He affirmed what I'd always suspected about eBay from my own dealings, they were no help at all, so he took the case to court and it didn't go at all well for the seller at all, due to his blatantly misleading description.
I used to get a lot of fraudulent contact every time I was on eBay, I don't know how people had the information to make these things up that came to my email, how do people have your personal email and your eBay username, I suspect someone working for eBay had to be involved or their whole system was hacked, but again I found when I contacted them they could care less.
