Cool. B) Love those RD's. They were like bees in the tight twisties in Malibu CYN back in the day. Open road it's SEE YA. :woohoo: I'm going to get a cheap one like I had at first. $20 and mount it under my top box. I had it so it would turn on when the bike did. A loop system and G sensor. Vibration killed it. Has a card that can go into my bike lap top. Using movie maker and also have VLC media player I haven't tried yet. Your bike sounds great and it looked like your partner did a brodie in that last turn. I'd like to see more. ;)

Yeah, he had the front wheel in the air, but wasn't quite in the right place to show up on camera. That bike was a great example too. The crankcase seals were still rock solid and the cylinders had really good compression.

There was one on CL close to me for $3500. Low mile and stock except low bars. If I could, I would have bought it. It was red with pin stripes and all. Brought back fond memories. B)

I have two mounts, one forward, and one rearward for getting the tailgaters. Windows used to have a really simple, easy, free editor for splicing the footage together called Moviemaker. I don't know if the latest windows version still has it. You seem to have something similar. Windows? or Mac?

I use the super-cheap cameras that look like little flashlights. I have them hard-mounted so the sound is mostly mechanical engine noise. The rear camera does pick up more exhaust sound, which is what I use for the audio. I usually just ignore the front camera's sound. The editor lets you separate the audio and splice that as well.

Here's one I did a few years ago. At about 2:30 you can get a little bit of decent exhaust sound. When you let off the throttle, though, it's all wind noise. I've thought about getting a separate audio recorder, but that's getting a little much.

I wish I still had my 79 400F. Great little bike with the right power, frame stiffness and suspension. I learned a lot about riding fast in the twisties with that thing! Typical noisy 2 stroke but I didn't care... LOL, I had my KZ1000, a CX500, a Honda 200cc Rebel kinda thing and a KZ900LTD all at the same time back then.

Need to make a lanyard so I can hang the cam from my neck. The belt doesn't work so well.
