Exactly GPZ - that is what the dumb ass gun laws have done - guns on the black market would make someone a very decent profit here - i would imagine - i really don't know as i havn't had a gun for over 20 years .
Pot would be cheaper i would reckon as anyone i know who smokes cigarettes goes through a pack a day - so at the moment @$200 a week . I smoked cigarettes for a few months when i was 18 - didnt get a damn thing out of it so i quit and also bummed a few rollies off a mate who had White Ox tobacco (pretty disgusting stuff) - another good reason to quit

Yeah put me in a rubber room and let me bounce off the walls and ceiling for two weeks and I'll be fine.

Pot is legal here in Washington State. The stoned drivers a pretty easy to spot at least on the interstates and highways. They are the ones driving 20 MPH under the speed limit. Someone needs to show them how to set their cruse control.

Nothing lasts, nothing is finished, and nothing is perfect.

I'd send my helpers home if they were high. A short check at the end of the week cured them of that. Some would bark at me about it and I'd tell them if I can go 8 hours without having a beer, they can be straight while working with me, if not, YOU'RE FIRED.

Other than being in the wind and not having to hold a class M licence,, I don't see much advantage in riding one unless it's pulling a trailer but it's just me.

Our roads were like this until I took over the CSA in 98. Though the powerful members tried to make me do what they wanted, I told them EVERYONE deserves a 911 compliant road. Our county supervisor agreed with me and we got it done in one year. More done in one year than had been done in twenty. B)

The people actually live and work there. As was being explained to me, the bowling ally was the main meeting place for the locals. It's being remodeled. They guy in the background said he can't wait to have a drink on a hot day. Like all places of this type it has it's ups and downs. Seems a little depressed to me but that can change. I was told the whole town will be fixed up to it's former glory. The guys you see in the street are actors. They have a 'Shoot out" for the crowd. Pappy and Harriets seemed to be busting at the seams though. The guy on the BBQ wouldn't even talk to me. He was very busy going in with ribs and such and coming out to throw some more on the barby. The last time I was there it was more like a biker bar. I didn't feel welcome riding a "Rice Burner" at the time. This time three of them were ogling Bossie. They had brand new hogs. I'm going back again to spend a little more time before it gets too hot. It was a fun day. B)
