1983 KZ1100 LTD front fork diameter?

Hey guys. I'm stumped. I'm looking all over, but can't seem to find this information. I have a 1983 KZ 1100 LTD model. I want to replace the stock boots on my front forks with the lower profile dust seals that come on the A, B and D models. However, I can't find ANYWHERE if the forks are the same size on the different models. Does anyone know specifics on this? Please help. Thank you!

Z1Enterprises.com lists the fork seals for the KZ1100-L1 as 38 mm. From the diagrams at Partzilla the L1 has the same fork tube lowers & fork seals as the 1100-A3, so the A3 dust boots should fit --- Z1Ent has them. Although I did not see your model listed, the OhioCafeRacers site has a fork tube conversion pdf that comes in handy from time to time.
