electric shifting was created by jlat
hello people; I have not been working on my K1 in a while but does any factory bikes come with ES? I was pumping gas the other day and some sort of MC went by and the shifting was so fast it had to be electric.

Have you ever tried clutchless shifting? It's pretty damn fast.

All of the sportbike makers are equiping their big bikes with quick shifters these days. As soon as the rider starts to move the shift lever the computer cuts the ignition for a milliseconed and the transmission makes the shift into the next gear. Some of the latest systems even help with down shifting.
