I think you're right. I'll start another thread. I'm picking up a piano hinge at Depot. Should provide a lot more support. I'll take pics as I go. The ZN boxes open from the rear and they won't clear my large top box. I put Led's in it and will need some connectors. The other box had a crack in the lid and one on the side. I was planning on fiberglassing it but now it will get done too. There's going to be lots of time in them with sanding and paint. It feels naked without my side boxes.
