I am going to look at a 1983 KZ-1000 this evening. My question to any one who is interested in responding is: what, if any, are some known issues for a bike this old and or this particular year and model that I should look for. Any input is greatly appreciated.

2nd gear blown out? bent valves? poorly maintained? These are some of the things I got with my 82 LTD 1000 :whistle:
