Steve I have only purchased a half dozen “All Balls” items but every sealed bearing has had blue dust seals and all items have come in hard plastic packaging. I’m sure All Balls would like to hear about shady sellers.

Bait and switch by eBay. As always buyer beware. They do have their uses though.

Be nice to have the tool but I've never had one for the 630.

Waiting on the rear sprocket. BEEN STALLED FOR THREE DAYS. I'll install it when I put on my new tire.

It's fun but I'll be buying a 16 tooth soon.

I wonder if a 33 tooth would have brought me close to the gearing a front 16 tooth would have.

Standard Z1 final ratio is 35/15, or 2.333. A 16 tooth front sprocket and a standard rear is 35/16 or 2.188. A standard front sprocket with a 33 tooth rear is 33/15, or 2.200, so very close to 35/16.

Lately I've been thinking about going to a 32/16 on my Z1 with the close ratio transmission to lower the revs at highway speed, but it would be tougher to start from a full stop because the close ratio 1st gear is already taller than a standard tranny.

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
