If I am correct you have a 3.25- 19 front and a 130/90- 16 rear, finding matching tires in inches and metric is going to be fun, I don't know what you have available to you in Scotland.
My bike has a 3.25- 19 front and a 4.00- 18 rear and the only tires available in inches in the US is Avon Road Riders.
I have used Pirelli Sport Demons ( in a metric equivalent) before and liked them a lot but they are a soft sport tire and only lasted about 6,000 miles before they started to fade.
The Avons are a harder rubber and took a while before I got them scrubbed in but they gave me 10,000 before I noticed substantial wear, I am finally replacing them with new Avons after 12,000 miles, the back tire is bald
There is debate about putting a metric tire on a inch rim and I have fought a few installing them, some will say that it deforms the tire, others say it is not a problem.
I am just happy that they make the Avons and that they are a good handling tire and install easily,
they do not make a 130/90-16 rear though, sorry
I think the best way to approach it is by finding what (matching sets) are available to you and read the reviews.
Good luck and welcome to the site.

I use Pirelli Sport Demons and they work great! It looks like they have them in sizes for your bike (100/90-19 front; 130/90-16 Rear). Ed

It has been a while, but I remember being really pleased with Metzeler Lasertech. I think they are still available. Youcan check sizes and such on their website.

Thanks for the comments . I just ordered the perelli sport demon after reading lots of reviews , want a good sticky tyre that warms up quick as I don't do high mileage .
