I need a download for te 85 GPZ750 A3. I found a .pdf download for the KZ750 H1, H2 models but that's about it.

Can someone kindly give me a link to a .pdf or zip file of my specific bike?

Here's a site w a manual. mbsween.bike-night KZ750L3 page
Scroll down & click "The Bible" link.
The ZX750-A3 info is in a supplement near the back.

Note: not applicable to the GPz, but some of the wiring diagrams are mislabeled in the links.
The 1981 Ltd is an H2, the 82 is an H3, & the 83 is an H4. search tags mbsween KZ750L3

Thanks friend. You wouldn't happen to have the non-Cali specs would you? I also need the float level.

My carbs had three 110 mains and one 115 main!

These are weird float needle seats, just aluminum sealing on brass? Normally the needle valves have some sort of rubber coating. These appear to be just smooth aluminum.

Thats your manual sorted .
My parts manual only had alternative jetting for Racing - from 105 to 115 mains.Stay with 110 .
It was only the needle that was specific to California, USA .
Were pilots and needles correct ?

I couldn't find any markings on the needles. I still need to pull the pilots out.

Sorry that should have been California And USA models. Have you got a magnifying glass of some sort for the needles - bloody tiny print ?

I've got excellent eye sight and even used the day light to try and see it. granted i only looked at one of the needles. I'll need to look at the others as well.

I want to replace the needles and seats just to be safe. Got a good source for them? There has to be a site that sells GPZ specific parts? I looked at the Z1 site but not the best selection or prices in my opinion.

make sure you get a good grip on the pilots - try and find a flat screwdriver same width as pilot head if you can. that brass is soft.

Are you talking about the Jet needle or the float valve needle ?

I'm saying the actual jet needle that I can't see the markings on.

And that I'm going to buy new float needles and valves.
