What model do I have? KZ650 F

I read somewhere in here, that the KZ650 F1 was only made 7200 times in 1980. According to my registration papers, it says Kawasaki Z 650 F..
Is that it? Or does it have a hidden number somewhere?

The frame number should be stamped into the steering head as well.
CycleChaos.com has frame & engine # info for many Kawasaki models.
Zedder.com is another place to check.

It's Harley-Davidson's fault. :laugh:Occasionally, I see differences on the European/Asian versions of the bikes we get. Usually they get two disks where the U.S./Canada will get one, or sometimes they will even get a third on the rear. I guess Americans don't care about stopping....

7200 world wide is what I've came up with.
Here'a mine just not a lot of KZ650F1 left just the frame, fork's, tank and tail.
1980 KZ650 F1
ZX750A1 motor.
Wiseco 810cc kit.
Zukiworks racing ported head.
VM 29 smooth bore's.
Dyna 2000 Ign. w/Dyna mini coil's
APE cylinder stud's and nut's.
APE valve spring's.
APE Track King clutch.
V/H KZ1000 sidewinder.
3.5x18 laced to a KZ1000 disk hub.
150/60/18 Shinko 006 Podium.
63" wheel base.
