The Kawasaki 750 Turbo was manufactured from late 1983 to 1985, with two model years——the 1984 E1 and the 1985 E2.
Jay "PeeWee" Gleason recorded a 10.71 second quarter mile.

These often come up for sale "more so in the USA" and are usually reasonably priced.
